Election anxiety and excitement was tangible on Tuesday as students, faculty, staff, and
the rest of the Simmons community waited for polls to close. Around campus, community members could be found proudly displaying “I voted” stickers. Although many Simmons students voted absentee, others, who were registered at their Simmons address were able to vote on campus in the Kotzen room.
On Tuesday, Nov. 8 Simmons students gathered on the residence campus in Bartol Hall to watch the election returns come in.
