A bar near Fenway Park is facing possible sanctions against its liquor license after a shooting last Thursday that killed one person and injured three others.
Who’s On First was cited by the Boston Police Department after Jephthe Chery, a commuter rail conductor for the MBTA, was fatally shot outside the bar in the early morning hours of Nov. 26. Three other people were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The citation claims Who’s on First—which was also involved in another incident of gun violence back in September—has created an “unsafe environment.”
No arrests have been made and the City of Boston Licensing Board says it will review the incident.
