Halloween is here, and finding a unique costume idea is harder than ever. Fear not! Here are my favorite Simmons-themed Halloween costumes to show off your school spirit, for those still looking for that last-minute outfit.

Patricia the Quad Turkey
Have you ever seen our fearless queen strutting down the residential campus? Maybe you’ve noticed her basking in the sun outside of Smith Hall? Why not honor her on Halloween!
What to wear:
- Brown base
- Feather boa
- Additional feathers stuck on
- Boots

Professor Bob White
Looking for a Dumbledore-esque costume that’s a little more niche? This Professor Bob White costume will do the trick.
What to wear:
- Wizard hat (the tallest you can find)
- Long white beard
- Funky blazer/jacket
- Transatlantic accent (optional)

The Tree that Fell Outside of South Hall in February
We all remember that fateful day last semester when the residential campus awoke to a fallen tree between South and Evan Halls. Reminisce on the day this Halloween with a show-stopping costume only some will recognize.
What to wear:
- Brown base
- Leaves/foliage stuck on
- Green wig of any kind
- Caution tape

The Maypole
The centerpiece to Simmons’ annual May Day celebration! Sure to be a one-of-a-kind look, this costume only requires a few easy to come by pieces.
What to wear:
- White base
- Loose streamers
- Ribbons

A Bartol Mouse
Who doesn’t love seeing our furry friends at the doors of the dining hall? Bartol mice are a staple of Simmons’ culture. Here’s what to wear if you want to match these critters this Halloween.
What to wear:
- Gray base
- Mouse ears
- Eyeliner whiskers on cheeks
- Cereal crumbs
These costumes are easier to put together than mobile ordering at Bartol. Be sure to wave to fellow Simmons students if you see them rocking these looks on Pratt Street. Have a safe and fun Halloween!

Happily delighted to finally be recognized as a Simmons – seemed Halloween apparition!
